If you are in the 3rd grade or older and want to become an Altar Server, or if you are already an Altar Server and want to return to serving, please have your parents/guardians complete the form below so Deacon Tom has your information.  

There will be a meeting scheduled in September for training/review. 

As an altar server, you are involved in the holiest and most sacred events of Catholic worship. Know that your service is very important!
